CARE GUIDE

  • Light
    • This plant prefers bright, indirect sunlight. If placing indoors, a southern facing window is optimal.
  • Water
    • Regularly water the plant, allowing it to fully dry out before proceeding to water again. 
  • Temperature
    • Anything between  60° F to 75° is optimal, the warmer the better. 
  • Humidity
    • Normal household humidity levels will allow the plant to thrive. 
  • Soil
    • This plant prefers a rather sandy soil mixture, like combining one part perlite with two parts peat.
  • Fertilizer
    • Applying a 20-20-20 fertilizer once a month will suffice. 
  • Re-potting
    • Rarely needs repotting, however when done make sure the pot is no more than two inches greater than the old pot.
